Certain information and data may be considered as “Sensitive” which client may not want to share or hesitate to share but when it is mandatory to disclose as per certain government rules or requirements and regulations whenever initiating any visa, petition filing or related requests, ImmiFocus Partners takes utmost precaution to maintain privacy of such data and information and adhere to the relevant practices to secure the information.

We will NOT share, transfer, use, or distribute your information for purposes other than those disclosed here unless required by law or as authorized by the applicant or petitioner/employer. In addition, as part of the Immigration process outsourcing and related services, ImmiFocus Partners may disclose personal information and data ONLY to government agencies.
